1. Services Provided  

We will design and develop one (1) scorecard dashboard to help you manage your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sales performance using the data you provide. We will create three (3) different style options for the scorecard. A dashboard is a scorecard that fits on a 8.5x11 page. Once you select your preferred style, we will provide up to three (3) rounds of drafts to finalize the scorecard. Upon completion, we will produce a video tutorial demonstrating how you can update the scorecard independently.

2. Your Obligations  

You agree to provide all necessary data promptly to facilitate the creation of the scorecard.

3. Timeline  

This engagement will be completed within sixty (60) days from the start of the project or upon your approval of the final scorecard, whichever comes first. Therefore, it is critical that you provide us with all the necessary information and your feedback in a timely manner.

4. Payment Terms  

Your payment of $6,500 by card is non-refundable and is due upfront to initiate the project.

5. Use of Third-Party Vendors  

We reserve the right to engage any vendor to assist in the development of the scorecard, provided we have conducted our own due diligence on said vendor.

6. Confidentiality and Exclusivity  

The final scorecard design, along with all drafts and related materials, is exclusive to you and may not be shared with or used by any other entity outside your firm without your consent.

7. Future Scorecards  

The development of additional scorecard dashboards with different visuals or requirements will constitute a separate engagement and be subject to different terms and pricing.

8. Termination and Completion  

This engagement will be considered complete after sixty (60) days or once you confirm your satisfaction with the final product, whichever occurs first.

9. Governing Law  

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
