Anne Sandberg
With a background in test design and a Masters’ Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Anne Sandberg has profiled over 5,000 people around talent assessment and hiring skills to bring on high performing, motivated employees.
Anne has been working with private sector clients globally since 1999 after transitioning from the public sector at the Los Angeles Unified School District, where she was writing and validating employment tests in the public sector.
Anne’s work on talent assessment started in 1999, specializing in the use of online assessments to maximize organizational and individual success.

When she left the public sector, Anne began working for Transamerica Life Companies as head of their employee testing unit. There, she began using the Harrison Assessment System for two years and was extremely impressed with the results.
After leaving Transamerica to launch her own career and human resources consulting business, she was looking for an assessment to use for all of her clients to help them apply behavior-based interview techniques into their hiring process. Extremely familiar with the pros and cons of all personality and behavior interview tests and assessment out there, Anne researched the major tools on the market – Prevue, Birkman, MBTI, Predictive Index, Caliper, StrengthsFinder, DiSC, Hogan, Challey, and others.
Her comprehensive research process led her back to the Harrison Assessment, which came through as the most impressive of the bunch in terms of underlying theory, application, sound research and design, and user-friendliness.
Anne carefully selected the Harrison Assessment as her tool of choice, and she has worked with it now very successfully for the last 15 years. Her clients have been with her for over 10 years, on average.
Anne was trained and certified by Dr. Harrison himself at the highest level of expert certification and is one of a handful of Master Distributors operating in the U.S., installed the system into dozens of businesses globally, and is an expert in system use and interpretation.
